Our passions include aging healthfully, running, and active travel, so that’s where we specialize in helping you. Our approach is customized to your goals whether you want to continue to enjoy the stamina and strength to travel or play with your grandkids, crush a PR in your next marathon, or avoid and recover from chronic injury.  

At Just a Little Different we lead by example, trying to create healthier habits by improving the choices we make each day. Sometimes those habits are physical, like committing to hit the gym to lift heavy weights three times a week or moving the sugar in your pantry on the back shelf where it’s harder to access. Health also comes from the inside, so maybe your healthy habit will be connecting with a friend over a cup of coffee once a week or taking ten minutes to meditate before you start your day.
